Wether you own, co-own, or manage an aircraft, you deserve to be in the know. When you use the AV Manager APP, AV Manager gives you immediate access to information like scheduling, maintenance items, squawks and so much more!
Flight Hours
Keeping accurate records of flight time is critical and with AV Manager it's never been easier. HOBBS and TACH time are entered when a flight is logged via the AV Manager app. Clock time is the time from check in to check out on the app. Clock time can be used to bill instructor rates to include pre and post-flight operations.
Maintenance
AV Manager gives you access to real-time maintenance data. Every time a flight is logged via the AV Manager app, your aircraft information will automatically be updated. This way you can know at a glance the current status of your aircraft. Pilots using the app will also be notified, to prevent flying past scheduled maintenance items.
Profiles
Profiles allows you to see who is flying your aircraft. This feature is designed with part ownerships, flying clubs, and flight schools in mind. The AV Manager app stores pilot info such as total flight time, recent flights, ratings held ect. Owners can then set up permissions and criteria allowing only certain pilots to fly certain aircraft in the fleet. Instructors can also use this feature to "check out" students in the aircraft.
